Apprenticeship Program
We believe in mentorship and foster a culture of continual learning. To this end, we not only employ Red Seal journeymen carpenters but also apprentices of all levels. We are also developing a policy to reimburse apprentices after their technical training depending on a specific level of accomplishment. We encourage and reimburse administrative and managerial staff in their educational endeavors. Each case is evaluated with the employees future in mind.
